In addition, we draft and assess all kinds of contracts and agreements such as terms and conditions, privacy statements, management agreements, shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements, trade agreements, participation agreements, confidentiality agreements, amicable settlement agreements, employment contracts, license agreements, agency contracts and distribution contracts.
Our firm, formerly known as DijkmansBergJeths Advocaten, was started by Peter Dijkmans at our previous branch in Bladel. Based on our core values: transparency, diligence and practicality (get real) we have stood next to our business clients since the 80s. Our ambition is translated into long-term relationships with our clients by adding value through knowledge and experience.
